Job description

As part of a team of a few lawyers, your main responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Draft and correct letters, reports, procedures or other documents and ensure their transmission to the appropriate people (templates available);
  • Collect accounts receivable ;
  • Manage customer files;
  • Manage telephone calls and follow up with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Record time and prepare billing ;
  • Layout of various documents;
  • Ensure proper management of diaries;
  • Opening files, filing and administrative follow-up;
  • Prepare notebooks for the playground;
  • All other related tasks.

Profile required

  • Ideally, 2 years' experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent oral and written French;
  • Be able to handle simple e-mails in English (assistants are required to support lawyers whose clients may be unilingual English-speaking);
  • Knowledge of office software: Microsoft Word, Outlook ;
  • High degree of autonomy and flexibility;
  • Initiative and adaptability.
